I was unable to be physically present for my appointment today, and for many previous appointments, because of a physical condition. Jennifer, who is working at the same clinic, has been a wonderful contact, has been able to switch me to a video visit with Dr. Wolfe. I have been able to work with Dr. Wolfe for a long stretch of time and we have developed a very good relationship. He feels he knows me pretty well which bodes well for my continued participation.

Crossroads saved my life. Straight up no doubt about it. The only issue I have is that I am constantly being reassigned to new counselors. I understand certain things are beyond your control (employee turnover, state regulations etc.), and for the most part it’s not caused too terrible of a problem for me. But a few times I was reassigned from a counselor that I was having tremendous success with and really connecting with them & being reassigned to someone else caused a lot of stress & problems for me.
