The one social worker (I think she is a social worker) is just so nice to me. I had a very tough year and every time I come she just shows genuine care and concern for me.. I wish I could remember her name but it makes me feel so good.

I really enjoyed my visit. I felt comfortable and completely at home. Everything went smoothly and everything was done efficiently and effectively in a timely manner. It was an ok! But I was in the virtual waiting room for 1& 1/2 hours without anyone coming back over to even let me know they didn’t forget about me. So I ended up having to call 2 times to make sure they were still aware I was still there. After I seen the Dr the receptionist just said ok have a good night and didn’t schedule my next appointment with me she just sent me the next date and time so now I have to reschedule because that was the whole piont of the virtual that time and day doesn’t work for me anymore!
