Crosstown were very professional. They took time to answer our questions and prepared a very detailed slab report which we then provided to the foundation company to install new pylons. The process was very smooth and easy.
An inspection was done on my foundation. He was very professional and took a lot of time answering all our questions. He was very punctual and helpful. We would definitely recommend him .
The engineer started the inspection as scheduled. He explained the issue and also provided a little education on the various types of piers that can be used to support the foundation. The report we received was very detailed and will be useful when the foundation experts come to fix the foundation.
