Dave stayed in touch with me on his arrival time. He was running a bit behind due to traffic. Once he got here, I explained to him my concerns, and he went straight to evaluating the property. Dave was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and stayed to answer every question I had. He even explained his answers when they were over my head, and overall positive experience. I'm looking forward to his report, will definitely use these guys again if needed.
This company was very communicative from the call to set up the appointment all the way through the inspection. Jordan, the inspector, was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions.The whole process was easy and pain-free. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
NO ONE LIKES BAD NEWS! This is no different from a Doctor's appointment... things are bad you need to fix them! These are the things you need to do now, and this is the list to do every so and so time to avoid future damage and minimize the consequences. The engineer was straight to the point, no games, no jokes, straight to the issue... the price was good and the personality better! nice job... well done!
