I have used Crosstown on multiple occasions for my home foundation inspection. Further, they were the recommended engineering firm for my pre and post foundation lift inspections. The inspector was professionally, friendly and offered valuable tips as to when cosmetic repairs it is should be made and how long to allow concrete piers to settle.
Outstanding customer service! Friendly and quick scheduling! The individual who came out was professional, courteous, polite and explained everything in a way that made sense. By getting their report first, I was able to save thousands of dollars and using a referred company I knew I was in good hands!
