Actually I hired Crosstown Engineering to do a home inspection of a potential property buy. The company quickly responded to my email request and was able to quickly come out to the property. Daniel, my inspector, was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. I received my inspection report that evening. Overall I am very satisfied.
The engineer was able to start earlier than the scheduled time which was great since it was during my lunch time. He explained the issue and also provided a little education on the various types of piers that can be used to support the foundation. The report we received was very detailed and will be useful when the foundation experts come to fix the foundation.
Mark came to inspect my home following foundation repair. He was polite, courteous and efficent. He was knowledgeable about his job.
