Excellent communications! The Engineer called and explained everything in the report.
Professional, responsive, and great communications. The engineer was available to answer my questions and proactive to ensure I understood his report and recommendations. Would recommend and will use again!!!!

Crosstown's report came very close to Bats Foundation Repair's measurements. That gave me a sense of security. Also, after screening 3 other foundation repair reps, I felt Bats and Crosstown would work well together. Other company reps hinted that hiring an Engineer would be a waste of money. I did not concur. This would be my 4th repair. So, Jeff the Engineer came out and got it done, answered my questions and emailed a report to me, which I compared to Bats' report. I contacted Crosstown Engineering to get a home inspection and foundation inspection on a home I am purchasing. They were able to schedule my inspection the next day. They arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. The inspections were thorough. The reports were provided to me within 24 hours. Great Job!!!
