I am very impressed by the care provided at Cumnor Hill House. All the staff appear to be professionally trained and to enjoy their roles. Without exception, they are friendly towards the residents, know them by name, spent time chatting to them and have endless patience. I guess they are properly paid, and my only reservation is that some of my friends would not be able to afford to live in Cumnor Hill House.

It's always a delight to visit our sister-in-law as we are always made very welcome and looked after well, as indeed she is. Staff from reception through to service and care are exemplary. The facilities and environment are first-rate and the whole ambience of the care home is a joy to visit.

The staff at Cumnor Hill House took excellent care of my brother and after his death. The management also arranged for the wake to be held at the home and done an excellent job arranging all this for family and friends. Thank you all at Cumnor Hill House on behalf of my brother and all his family.

Visiting our friend today was a thoroughly enjoyable and uplifting experience. A delicious meal with pre-dinner drinks was cheerfully served by people I can only describe as a joy to be with. Friendly, funny and slightly teasing. What a joy. This is by far the nicest residential care home I have ever visited. The atmosphere (the most important factor) was wonderful and the residents looked happy, contented and very chatty. Well done. Please keep it up.

The care home has been amazing for mum. The team here genuinely care about each of the residents and nothing is too much trouble. They make every effort to cater to all her needs and welcome family and friends at every opportunity. We are extremely grateful to the team here.

I go into Cumnor Hill every Thursday evening to see my friend, it is a wonderful place, very friendly and I like to be there to see all the people and my friends.

I have been here nearly two years, stars it's like a hotel. I am on the team as a PA and also got the employment of the month. Everybody has made me very welcome. A big thank you to all the team and staff.
