The visit was just normal but the follow up was very poor. Was meant to have a phone follow up by 4.15pm. Got a missed call before then at about 3.50pm and all efforts to call back failed. Was left on the phone after a promise of being transferred to the right unit but the call was eneded abruptly after several minutes of waiting. Same experience when I called back again. Don’t even know what the follow up looks like at the moment - very disappointing experience.
What happened to the reviewing process that you used to have? Do you really need to constantly change things?
