Such an awesome team and I usually feel very welcome besides the Blonde transgendered lady at the front entrance I find her very rude and it seems she is always compromising every one of the employees around her time! I no longer feel like a patient and feel as though my health is not important when I’m seen there. The soonest available appointments are always over a month out. I dropped off a referral, that I had to make an appointment to get signed, and once the appointment came, the nurses had “misplaced” the document.
I experienced over 4 years of degrading, medical incompetence when I had a primary care physician. Every time I reported crime, and unsafe, attacks by residents a Vista Sunrise Apartments, to all staff at DAP, each and every report was deleted, reworded, omitted, and never reported to APS/Palm Springs Police Dept. Every dept which I ever attended from nursing staff, triage, NP staff, doctors, social workers, mental health staff, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist NP, no one, reported the unsafe, dangerous conditions which... read more
