Dave needs to pull up and slap tf out these employees they straight violating . This is not the first time I went to this location and it's been like this , the fries and sandwich is always soggy and they never make it the level of spice you ask them for !!
Couldn't understand my order and gave me the wrong food, then wouldn't try to change it when I said it was wrong.
Priority seems to be online orders rather than people dining in and taking out. Waited over 30+ minutes for 2 tenders while I watched staff pack online order incessantly.
I ordered 2 slider combos (the #2) and they gave me 2 chicken tender combos (the #1) instead. I couldn't return the orders because I had to go back to work.
Unorganized and gave my order to the wrong person. Waited an hour, they drop the ball, and ask me to be patient while they do the order again. Completely B/S service.
They have a ridiculous online ordering system. We ordered our food online. It had a dedicated time to pick up. We got there 5 minutes later and they said they didnt have the order in the system. We provided the order receipt. And they they said Oh and gave us someone elses order to satisfy us. So we ended up driving back another 35 minutes home just to get someone elses order. That is so frustrating! They need to cross check and have a proper labeling system.
So when you're inconsistent with me i rate you bad. Went here about a month ago and got just an order of fries for 3.50$. I said sheesh thats alot of money for a side of fries but those fries came in a black container. So proce wasnt the issue, it was 3.50$ worth. Today i spent 3.50$ fries and got a small white container. Now, that was more of a 1.89 or even a 2.50 side order of fries. I need you guys to be consistent. I would generally give this place a 4 star or above, however they have started to say " we take orders online or through a third party only.". If you haven't tried to call for pick up today DO NOT TEY TO. Honestly I didn't want to complain before but on 3 out of 4 occasions they don't even answer the phone. I've switched to Cane's because this location has gotten so bad. trashhhh! every time i order food here i wait about 30 minutes and have to kill both my breaks. as a ups driver time is money so ordering through the app is key, but the wait is still to long with an online order. michin dak all day don't waste your time waiting like me.
