Ordered many times through postmates. I ordered extra packets of daves sauce and honey packets. For the past couple orders, never got extra sauce or honey packets at all. Check your order properly. Very disappointing.

They forgot to give me utensils and this isn't the first time that happened. Look I know times are rough and they're trying to save money but not intentionally giving utensils like that is very cheap of them. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

This is an update to a review I wrote almost a year and a half ago. I used to be a huge fan and advocate for Dave's, but I'm greatly disappointed by how far they've downgraded over these couple months. I'm assuming ever since they began going corporate and opening more chain restaurants, the overall quality of everything has gone down. What is most notable is 1) The demise of the Dave's Sauce and 2) The decrease in portion sizes. Update: would recommend just going to a different location if possible. Since I stopped ordering from this location I've enjoyed Dave's way more. Same great chicken but other locations have better order accuracy

Dave needs to pull up and slap tf out these employees they straight violating . This is not the first time I went to this location and it's been like this , the fries and sandwich is always soggy and they never make it the level of spice you ask them for !!

Couldn't understand my order and gave me the wrong food, then wouldn't try to change it when I said it was wrong.

Priority seems to be online orders rather than people dining in and taking out. Waited over 30+ minutes for 2 tenders while I watched staff pack online order incessantly.

I ordered 2 slider combos (the #2) and they gave me 2 chicken tender combos (the #1) instead. I couldn't return the orders because I had to go back to work.

Unorganized and gave my order to the wrong person. Waited an hour, they drop the ball, and ask me to be patient while they do the order again. Completely B/S service.
