Are used to come here all the time before I went on tour, Great late night spot to eat. But I came there because of the cheese fries. And now they no longer have The same cheese sauce now they just melt a slice of American cheese on your fries. Gross... Lost the good cheese, Lost a customer.

Ordered a Hot slider which had no heat whatsoever!! The buns aren't the same from before !!! The chicken strips have reduce significantly in size !!! Fries and mac were Great !! 2 stars for them. !!!!!!!!!Consistency , consistency, consistency!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 tender combo with an extra tender for 17 dollars and the tenders were so small. I also ordered it hot, but it tasted like it was mild. I've gone to Dave's on western plenty of times and never had an issue with my order there. First time here wasn't good, but I decided to give it a second try since it's close by and guess what? It was still bad. If you want Dave's, go to western or a different Nashville chicken location.

The chicken strips I had seemed old and they were not good at all. I really expected more from this place because I heard so many people hyping it up. I feel like it was a nasty version on Raising Canes.

Ordered many times through postmates. I ordered extra packets of daves sauce and honey packets. For the past couple orders, never got extra sauce or honey packets at all. Check your order properly. Very disappointing.

They forgot to give me utensils and this isn't the first time that happened. Look I know times are rough and they're trying to save money but not intentionally giving utensils like that is very cheap of them. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

This is an update to a review I wrote almost a year and a half ago. I used to be a huge fan and advocate for Dave's, but I'm greatly disappointed by how far they've downgraded over these couple months. I'm assuming ever since they began going corporate and opening more chain restaurants, the overall quality of everything has gone down. What is most notable is 1) The demise of the Dave's Sauce and 2) The decrease in portion sizes. Update: would recommend just going to a different location if possible. Since I stopped ordering from this location I've enjoyed Dave's way more. Same great chicken but other locations have better order accuracy

Dave needs to pull up and slap tf out these employees they straight violating . This is not the first time I went to this location and it's been like this , the fries and sandwich is always soggy and they never make it the level of spice you ask them for !!
