First time I came here with some cast mates on an off day - and it there was a long line, but the food was FIRE if you're in Noho - you're lucky to be so close. ha

good place to eat with good employees. the employees are very nice and gives the food fast. the food always comes out fast and hot.

Dave's Hot Chicken was recommended to me by my best friend Dave! No, he's not The Dave, but the guy has a knack for finding some darn good fried chicken. I got Dave's #3 one tender + one slider with Medium for the Heat along with fries. Large Pepsi. & my homie Dave reminded me during my visit to ask for Honey and use their Secret Sauce. My meal certainly did not disappoint. It is a game changer once you add that sauce AND the honey. I had a really disappointing experience at Dave's Hot Chicken. After eating there, I ended up feeling sick, which immediately made me question the quality of the food. I tried calling the store to report the issue, but their phone wasn't even working, so I had to go in person just to talk to someone. When I finally spoke with staff, they said they would call the manager. Unfortunately, the manager didn't want to offer any kind of refund or take responsibility, which was really frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that... read more

i asked an employee last week when was the last time the oil in the fryer was changed. they replied that they dont remember. they then proceeded to think about it and say the last time the fryer oil was changed was drakes birthday which was october 24. do not eat at this store this is absolutely unacceptable

We used to go there quite often. And it's one of our favorite late night protein grab. Loved their new chicken bites. However, after our last experience, we no longer want to go there. My hubby grabbed me an order of the chicken bites (forgot the name but it's those small pieces of chicken), and it was not how it used to be. It's already cooked and likely old chicken tenders cut into smaller pieces and fried again. I ordered this night (11/19) through their website for a mobile order and picked it up. I then drove 40 minutes back home, and when I finally opened up my take out bag, I was missing 2 of my orders. I wanted to resolve this problem, but it seems like this location has their phone turned off (maybe purposely), so I wasn't even able to let them know of my issue. I'm hoping to get this problem resolve because to pay 75$ dollars for 4 food items and only get 2 is ridiculous.

I honestly wish i can give this store lower than a 1star this is the most disgusting store ive been to my chicken was under cooked and COMPLETELY over seasoned i just had to throw it away just a big waste of time and money. DONT COME HERE.
