1 Star - Uncomfortable Tip Request I was asked to look at the screen right after placing my order, before even receiving my food. This felt very uncomfortable and is not acceptable. Not only your food is bad and quality went a lot down in couple years, now this? lost another customer.. Btw at least somehow dry your oily chicken its sssoooo much oil inside Wanna taste great spots like this try HOWLINS or knuckin chicken They are simmilar and taste times times better

I worked in the fast food industry as a manger and i have to say i was highly disappointed in the management during the afternoon and night shift. during the night shift i was charged 30$ as i ordered food for me and my son. they told me my card was declined, but when i checked i noticed they took the money. when i showed it to the woman at the cash register she gave me a refunded receipt stating the funds would be in my account within a week. fast forward a week i spoke with the female manager and she stated she would hav... read more

*WARNING: AVOID DAVE'S HOT CHICKEN AT ALL COSTS DURING LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS!* I've had the misfortune of visiting Dave's Hot Chicken multiple times during the late afternoon and evening, and it's been a DISASTER every single time. The Night Manager seems utterly INCOMPETENT and REFUSES to prepare the spice levels correctly. I got food poisoning 30 minutes after I finished my meal 3/24/24 at 6:30 pm. I got diarrhea and vomit since 7pm that same day. I couldn't sleep since I had to use the restroom about 9 times and was vomiting until 7:30 am. I missed work for the first time in 6 years . Never eating this again

I should've turned around after walking in and seeing how filthy the place was but my wife was hangry so we ended up ordering ... I ordered the two slider combo with fries spice level extra hot and my wife ordered the one slider combo with fries with a spice level of mild ... upon receiving our order my wife's meal was incorrect ... she received a tender combo .. luckily the manager was a great help and had the crew in the back prepare the correct order which was really nice of her ... the food was made to order and came out... read more

Good chicken, fast service, clean place, easy free lot parking. Cashiers could be a bit more friendly or maybe get a job elsewhere. Not happy they wouldn't honor the free sliders a few minutes after nine. Told us along w all the others behind us that we should of watched their Instagram... huh? Not everyone has IG. WE thought that was a bad move on their part. We will find another place....haha... not hard they are on every corner now to give our service to. Others that will treat customers w a bit more regard.

Food is really good here. Really busy and successful business. I think it's time to hire more staff or give them a raise because every time I come in at least one employee has an attitude and is unfriendly. I would eat more here if they remembered I've been there 20x. I refuse to eat here currently due to poor customer service. Give your employees more $$$

Ordered a tender and slider box and extra slider and only got one slider and the food was absolutely tossed around when I got it... completely terrible food

It was extremely hard to get satisfaction on daveshotchicken's website. It would not take my "replacement code. I had this same problem when I went to the store last week to use the code I had been given. My phone would not download the email with the code on it. I left the place feeling "hangry" because I was hungry going in. They had zero you know what about my plight. They did not try to fix it.
