Food is really good here. Really busy and successful business. I think it's time to hire more staff or give them a raise because every time I come in at least one employee has an attitude and is unfriendly. I would eat more here if they remembered I've been there 20x. I refuse to eat here currently due to poor customer service. Give your employees more $$$

Ordered a tender and slider box and extra slider and only got one slider and the food was absolutely tossed around when I got it... completely terrible food

It was extremely hard to get satisfaction on daveshotchicken's website. It would not take my "replacement code. I had this same problem when I went to the store last week to use the code I had been given. My phone would not download the email with the code on it. I left the place feeling "hangry" because I was hungry going in. They had zero you know what about my plight. They did not try to fix it. I ordered a delivery of a #2 2 sliders w cheese fries and medium spice and when it got here it had no spice and chicken were small dry pieces. They just tossed the the coleslaw. Very disappointed/: The fries were good tho at least.

Got food poisoning, after eating my stomach hurt it got swollen , I got bubble guts and then diarrhea , I feel Hot and Nauseous. They do not handle food products properly because if they did , I wouldn't be sick . Stay away look up all the info they have on Dave's making people sick I just read about it and reported it to I got poisoned!

I'd like to start this off by saying that I love their food and eat here like 3 times a week so it really sucks that I have to write this review but unless this situation gets resolved I won't be eating here again on principle. I placed an order through the app and then after the Apple Pay went through realized I chose the wrong location (Fairfax). Food is great , it's getting 2 stars bc of costumer service everyone was great until I got called for my order I told the employee with glasses "thank you" and she ignored me. I did see she had air pods on and on her phone as well surely looked like she didn't want to be there.

Why is the sandwich so sweet? I prefer my spice being salty. The fries made up for it they taste like shrimp and they're so good.

Will not try again, Wasn't good at all. Fast food is not always the best choice but there are really good ones to get when it comes to that. This one , definitely, is not among them.
