I was looking for a place to grab a quick bite and found this place. I haven't been so we thought we'd try it out. The staff was super friendly and the Great was great! Definitely coming back here!

I've been eating at Dave's for about 5 years now. It's the 2nd best option in LA after Howlin Rays but for overall maybe tied for best since the price is right and you get a lot of food for $12.99. (Slider, tender and fries) and the wait is never that long. I think Hot is the best level to get your spice and not feel regret after. Lunch is the way to go imo, not too busy, they have more time to properly spice it. I needed an huge meal to cure my hangover and this spot does the trick. Just to get this out of the way, yes I have had Dave's hot chicken in the past. No I have never reviewed it before so here we go. Dave's hot chicken wasn't just some corner chicken restaurant serving regular chicken, no, Dave's hot chicken was more than that. I ordered 2 sliders (Hot spice level) and some fries on the side. The spicy sauce they hand out in those little packets made my mouth water, I used maybe 4 in total and now I'm writing this from the toilet. Service was nice, ordered "hot" but it was too hot for me and i was wondering who orders reaper but there are a lot of people which i am amazed, make sure to get more sauce in order not to burn into ashes, so unique burgers different than other fast food chains

Five stars all around! Quick service for take out. The chicken, medium spicy, was more spicy than expected, but it was bearable. We didn't get any sauce with our chicken. The French fries were good and savory. Some parts of the bread got spicy--the spices from the chicken got on it!
