Literally the worst Dave's location in all of Los Angeles. I go to Dave's in Glendale at least 3-4 times a week & just this location does not know how to make a reaper sandwich. I'm not sure what they do here but they they use a different reaper seasoning. Not the same as the rest Dave's location in SoCal. I have gone to countless locations in SoCal & I order reaper at each other them. I've asked them a few times to remake my sandwich because it is not edible AT ALL but they can never get it right. I spend 75% of my time opening up the honey packets to put on my chicken. Granted the number of locations you have in the number of employees you have it doesn't take a rocket scientist to point out that if you're providing sauce to your clients while they're eating they would rather focus their entire attention on eating their food versus trying to figure out how to open those mini honey packets to pour on their sandwich. I went in to check out this place because I've been wanting to try it for a while now. I walked in and started ordering and the guy behind the counter was extremely rude to me, was being super short, not answering questions and it looked like he didn't wanna be there. It made me super uncomfortable. I looked at the name tag and it said Dominic, not sure if he was a manager or what? It made my experience horrible. I so wanted to love this place... Our family tried it out as the new kid in town... Monrovia. I'll start with the good... the chicken was good... cooked well and moist... problem happens with them listening to the orders! There was two sandwiches... one a slider the other was a vegetarian sandwich... both ordered with NO PICKLES! THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. First of all how do the have this many locations for such trash greasy nauseating food. Everytime i eat Dave's I just wanna yack . Second of all, I was there to pick up my order . Nobody was helping me with my order . I had my vape in my hand. This lady named JACKIE was threatening to kick me out. Before even helping with my order . She made me feel embarrassed in front of the whole restaurant . This will not be the last time you will be hearing from me Dave's

Food was not the best to be honest. As you can see in the second picture the chicken was not cooked through. None of the workers knew how to speak English. I asked the lady what do you recommend from the menu and she couldn't answer. She went and brought a guy named Jose thinking that he can help her understand or help me but he couldn't either. Not a single English world. I always thought this place was good but I was wrong. I don't think I will be back here anytime again.

I WILL NEVER EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. We've been ordering takeout from Davs for years ever since they opened up in Glendale. The food was always good and the order correct. We decided to eat today for the first time and unfortunately due to this horrible experience I won't be coming back. Absolutely horrendous! cooks were not cleaning hands after handling their pants. however walked out when presented military I'd and they stated we are a corporate store, and there are no discounts.. GO TO THE ONE ON HUNTINGTON..
