Great food but bad service I was refused a cup of water with my order!!! They make make buy a soda cup,Stefani need more customer Service training..Also I order 3 combos and I only was provided with two Dave Hot sauces adicional will have a $$$ 4-12 4:30 pm

Unfortunately every time I order on uber eats I never receive my dave's sauce on the side...and the extra I pay for :( I really like the food here but please do better on leaving sauces for customers.

My last experience with Dave's in Glendale was horrible but I am always willing to give everyone a second chance today March 7, 2026, second time going was just as bad went for dine in and it took over 20 minutes to get our food not even a huge order. March 4th, 2026 I came to Dave's Hot Chicken on 1350 E Colorado St with 3 of my friends (4 of us total) around 10:50 PM. One of my friends ordered and I asked the guy working behind the counter, Adrian, if he can give me like 2 or 3 of the small cups of pickles, he said no because that would be handing out free food. Tenders are nasty soggy. No care for quality. These are supposed to be crunchy but I guess they only do it right for "influencers" (wtf is an influencer lol). Big time rip off these days. If I'm paying $5 for a 2oz tender, it better be perfect. It's not even beef lmfao chicken is cheap AF. Never been the same since their Hollywood location. Bye Felicia

All the Dave's locations are not the same... For the past few months, I have tried multiple different DHC locations (Glendale, Rosemead, Little Tokyo), and they've all changed, not in a good way. Their chicken used to be full of meat, but now the tenders are becoming more like crispy skin. They're getting closer to KFC quality, which should be taken as an insult because Dave's used to be way better. It's getting crispier, less meaty, and more greasy. On Saturday September 7 2025 around 1 p.m. I came to this terrible place to pick up my online order. I am visually impaired and I was unable to get my order because the employees here were extremely unhelpful and kept telling me to "look at the monitor."
