they messed up my girls order on purpose. hella rude people who are over worked. you need to hire more people so they dont take it out on customers
I don't think i can come back to this place. The staff is so busy that they lack in customer service. Let the food speak for itself. They either have a bunch of new people, or people just don't care for what they are serving anymore. The food is not fresh, like its been sitting there and their portion of fries is a joke! Definitely wont be back
If I could leave no stars i would! They need to hire more people to make the food. They took forever and are disrespectful when you go up to ask for your food after waiting 30 minutes for it to be ready
This used to be my favorite place to go whenever I was in LA. Can't say this is the place anymore. We ordered online and waited an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready. When I got there, they were bothered that I even went up to ask for my food. They seemed really short staffed and overwhelmed by the workload. They need to either retrain their staff or hire more people to put on a shift to handle the workload so they don't take their stress out on the customers
We ordered wings for 59.66 from the person, they give us tender, we come back and trying to return, really bad service.

I really love Dave's but this particular location has a consistency issue when ordering from Ubereats. Some days they'll forget to add your drink. Some days they don't put the side of pickles in the order. Some days the chicken is really dry or smaller in size on other days. Today: no pickles and skimpy chicken.

So bad customer service I waited 45 minutes for one order the cashier said it's gonna take 10 or 15 minutes never ever go back again

The chicken is excellent, both the mild for the kids and spicy for the adults! My only issue was I had ordered a milk shake that I didn't receive! I walked back in and was told I hadn't ordered one, but when I got home I noticed that I had been charged for it, but the employee had folded over that part of my order. I live in Westlake Village and was visiting , so I wasn't able to go back.

I stopped by to get dinner and decided to use the restroom before ordering. There are two two identical restrooms on the left side of the hallway that are designated as "all gender restrooms". I selected the first unlocked restroom on the left and used the urinal (which is directly in front of the door). As I'm using the urinal I hear a key enter the door knob and the door opens!
