Dave's hot chicken is straight ! One of the best chicken places in all of LA if not Cali for sure!
I love the food here I just wish it wouldn't take 30 minutes for my food to be ready when there is pretty much no line or people inside the restaurant. It would be nice if the workers would be more focused on the customers rather than talking to one another.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries through Yelp from the Glendale location. The service was impressively fast, and my order was ready in no time. The sandwich was tasty, and if you're specifically craving fried chicken, I'd recommend Dave's Hot Chicken instead. The Glendale spot stays consistently busy, but they still manage to get your food out quickly, which is a huge plus.
It was my first time coming here with my boyfriend because I wanted to try the Dave's Hot Mozz. I guess we went at a wrong time to try it because we did not enjoy our visit what so ever. My bf ordered on door dash for pick up and we left the house when it said "ready for pick up." When we arrived there, we went to the pick up area and the guy that was working there was super busy and seemed agitated already from a customer in front of us that was complaining about their order. I ordered on uber eats the meal with a sandwich and a tender and french fries and I received something completely different...my orders are always missing something when ordering through delivery I don't know how or why this keeps happening please do better dave's

Great food but bad service I was refused a cup of water with my order!!! They make make buy a soda cup,Stefani need more customer Service training..Also I order 3 combos and I only was provided with two Dave Hot sauces adicional will have a $$$ 4-12 4:30 pm

Unfortunately every time I order on uber eats I never receive my dave's sauce on the side...and the extra I pay for :( I really like the food here but please do better on leaving sauces for customers.

My last experience with Dave's in Glendale was horrible but I am always willing to give everyone a second chance today March 7, 2026, second time going was just as bad went for dine in and it took over 20 minutes to get our food not even a huge order. March 4th, 2026 I came to Dave's Hot Chicken on 1350 E Colorado St with 3 of my friends (4 of us total) around 10:50 PM. One of my friends ordered and I asked the guy working behind the counter, Adrian, if he can give me like 2 or 3 of the small cups of pickles, he said no because that would be handing out free food.
