Love the chicken here! Service is good- shout out to Angel!! Wait is fast! They do one thing and they do it well! I will say though, the prices are a little bit steep for the amount of food that you get.
Really disappointing experience. I waited so long for my order even though the place wasn't busy, and when I finally got it, the chicken was dry, cold, and stringy. The fries were also mushy and cold. For the hype and the price, I expected way better quality. Definitely not worth it.
Service and Kindness here does not exist. I asked for a water cup and they literally declined me. They said I can get one if I put a review on yelp for them so this is my review. Unbelievable.
I waited 20 minutes for this.. honestly this is getting bad. Dave's Hot Chicken is turning into chipotle and cava - overpriced food and skimping out on portions. Literally Panda Express is the only fast food place where you can get full off of what you pay for. And it's less expensive. Too bad I can't eat it everyday. I'm disappointed in Dave's!
Waited 20 min for food to go. Fries were cold overdone and half a portion clearly Fries that were sitting. Chicken was warm not sure why it took so long nobody was in the restaurant. No apologies I guess poor service is normal.
2 stars because I was disappointed that their spicy level was not as it should be. Got a reaper and was not spicy at all! Nor the medium. What's happening Dave's??
customer service is horrible i asked for honey packs and napkins and got one honey pack and one singular napkin note that these napkins are thin like tissue paper
