This is a great spot for our neighborhood. Usually the service is just fine, but the food is good enough to keep coming back. But today, these guys were great. Good enough for me to come on here and say Ty and Nick are great employees who give a shit about the customer.

2nd time around they've gotten the order wrong and spiced up the chicken wayyyyyyy too much. Don't take in consideration allergies and overall dissapointed. Would recommend another place for your chicken cravings
Caution ti first time customers. The staff will expect you to understand the entirety of its menu before asking questions. You'll get an answer met with hostility. The person handing out orders snatched my box out my hand 2x because the order was wrong. I had to ask for my drink 2x because she thought I was lying. First and last time here. If workers don't enjoy the fast food business or experience please go somewhere else.
So this was my first time ever trying their food . I've heard so much about Dave's I was so excited . I ordered a two slider combo a side of Mac and cheese and a side of kale slaw . First off the customer service was terrible . The women at the counter pressured me to tip . She said you HAVE to choose an option , while aggressively pointing at the screen ( reminded me of a bank Robbery scene in a movie ). Full disclosure this review is from about a year ago. Gave the star, but never added any details. Ordered a huge meal for eight people online multiple plates. Clearly marked everything as it was a online order. And yet five out of the eight plates were wrong, some missing cheese, other missing that ate the entire chicken itself. Not good. Haven't been back since hopefully they've improved.
Food was cold, dry, smaller by at least 50% of the usual order size, and more like no spice when we ordered hot. What a let down and major kill of the cravings we had...better locations must not be in the valley.
Excessively seasoned, if I had more time of my lunch break I would have thrown it out and gotten something elsewhere. Even the fries were so overwhelmingly seasoned. First time and last, nope !
