We walked into the store and there was no one in line. We ordered 2 meals and waited 25 minutes for our food. At least warn us it's a long wait. We were in a hurry and almost left without it.

For some reason, whenever I order at this location the heat level never matches the one I ask for, it's like they use the same mild level for everything. I know I'm not crazy because the other locations make the tenders spicy. If you go here maybe go up a heat level?

Absolutely Horrible Experience - They Took My Money and Gave Me Nothing! I ordered from Dave's Hot Chicken, and not only did I NOT get my food, but they also wasted my time and stole my money. My dasher showed up with the WRONG order, went back to fix it, and then the restaurant straight-up REFUSED to remake it. So, guess what? No food, no refund, and a completely ruined night. Chicken wasn't hot in temperature and tasted "old" like it had been sitting out. The bread was stale. The pickles were yummy and crispy. If you have a choice between here and Raising Canes, go to Canes. Chicken is much better than here and same price for better quality. Inside are to eat was clean and the service people were pretty nice even though they were on their phones and acting bored. I won't be back. And they need to tell the homeless guy out front blocking the front door to move it down the street.

Ok the Keep It Real Guy back again, with a re review so lets keep it real and get after it! The undisputed best tenders in the country is Raising Caines, Daves vs. Raising canes! The tenders at Raising large moist succulent, They make tier own sauce which is fantastic! The cole slaw is better, fries as well! My husband I and I love Dave's Hot Chicken. This was our first time at this location and let me tell you the bathroom was just disgusting, it smelled so gross it made me gag. No thanks

Not happy. Spent $9+ plus dollars on an Oreo Shake. They send a spoon and a straw but no drink. My 12 year old is upset. Not cool.

the food was amazing and tasted great and the staff was also nice. the ambiance is good too not too loud
