I hate writing bad reviews..First, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my 1 combo I ordered. I've been to other locations before and never waited over 10 minutes. Also, I ordered no spice because it was for my daughter and they gave me hot spicy sandwich. Made me wait over 20 minutes and get my order wrong. I will never come back to this location again.

Honestly disappointed.‍ I've been coming here for some time because I am a fan of Dave's Hot Chicken and honestly never have I had an issue at any location but this time some things were missing at this location like I purchase one tender for my son to try for his first time and it was missing I bought my wife a number combo 2 with cheese one slider was plain and one had everything. Second combo first slider was plain as well than second slider had everything. Honestly do better Dave's.

I'm just gonna start by saying I don't write reviews unless I get amazing service, or really bad service. I placed my mobile order at 8:40pm, and received a confirmation saying that it would be ready for pick up at 9:17pm. So I'm like okay cool. I go to pick up my food at 9:20, and it's not ready, they said it'd be ready in 7 minutes. Okay, a little annoying since the whole point of ordering ahead is to skip the line, but I get it. The place was pretty good. First time coming here. I got the combo, loved the pickles. The chicken was unique and had a good flavor. People were friendly. We sat insid ethe place and felt it was a good experience. It was locate doff VEntura Blvd on the corner, not far from where I live. Will be abck

I keep giving Dave's a chance to redeem themselves and leave disappointed every time. Their version of the loaded fries was the cherry on top. 3 small pieces of chicken on top of fry fries and 6 pieces of what they call coleslaw... Bangin Buns will continue to be my go to and worth the drive every time.

Dave hot chicken is straight trash. If you want some overpriced mediocre hot chicken then Dave's is the place. What we went with: 2 sliders, 2 tenders, fries and Mac & cheese. Slider was meh at best. The fries should be sent back to the kitchen. Fries were overcooked and were just straight up wack. Tenders were not juicy at all. Seemed a bit over seasoned and dry. $3.28 for a medium soda! Limited menu. Clean but sparse dining area. very uncomfortable. Worse than any cafeteria.

The food is great. 5 stars for their chicken and sauce. The service? Very bad. The workers who take your order seem like they hate their life and just want you to leave. The short girl with the lip piercing is awful. Seriously, her attitude was so bad I most likely will not be returning here. Which is a shame because I crave their food about 2/3 times a week.
