They charged me 62 dollars for no reason when I ordered a number 2 food was also very small quantity's the cashier was very rude.

Hello. The woman working behind the counter currently at your location at 14622 Ventura Boulevard, At 1:20pm, needs customer service training. I am a delivery driver waiting for an order there, the order was ready and sitting behind the counter. And your staff member totally ignored me. And proceeded to help many other customers instead of me, even though I waited there for almost 20 minutes. And even when there was no longer customer at register, your employees still failed to address me and see what I was there for.

Walked in and had no a/c. We just chose to end up taking it to go but this was ridiculous for the employees who have to work in these conditions

Absolutely horrible experience at this location. I wanted to see what the hype about Dave's Famous Hot chicken was and let me just say the customer service horrible, the food horrible, the ambiance horrible, everything about this location is horrible. Ordered the chicken strips with cheese fries from uber eats . Food was almost an hour late and it was cold . Chicken was ok but the fries were really soggy

Took my family and my wife kids to this location horrible experience same way we ordered the food couldn't eat none of us we ended giving it to the lady on the register she said she was gonna reimburse me the money we spend because we didn't touch the food she ended up not doing it she lied I definitely don't recommend this place horrible staff and horrible food period.

Dave's hot chicken isn't what you imagined. the chicken is terrible, way too over seasoned. the fries were so good but it doesn't change my mind AT ALL. I had very high expectations going into this and now i wanna throw up. 0/10 do not recommend unless you just get fries or mac and cheese. so gross and salty and such high soduim. i couldn't even finish my meal it was so gross.

Let's start with the service: the cashier points to the little tablet as I was paying for my food asking for a tip....I can read! The staff doesn't dare to come out from behind the counter to keep the tables clean. Then the sandwich.....burned thin filet. The combos don't come with drinks and the fries are the same exact kind you'll find at Raising Cane's: rigged, frozen bag style like the ones you buy at the market. There's only a tablespoon of coleslaw unlike the amount you see in the pictures.
