The place was packed. Food was good. So was the service. Will be a returning customer. Great that chicken is halal.
On a whim we stopped here. Had never heard of Dave's Hot Chicken. Ordered the #1 which was 2 strips, fries, and pickles. First timers go for basic. Tender crispy and juicy on the inside. Fries were seasoned perfectly. Pickles were fresh. A hit with the entire family. However I just had to go back the next day. Needed to up my level of spice. Good food but the price maybe higher than you expect. They do give you a lot of food for the price. We went on the soft opening night and it was jam packed with people all around it appears good food good atmosphere and great chicken sandwiches that you can add spice to from none to reaper level.
Tastes straight out of California! I love Dave's fries, they're seasoned which makes it 10x better. The sliders were also good and it tasted just how we had it in LA
Let me start by saying, "Thank goodness there is finally a great chicken restaurant to go to in Naperville!" The chicken sliders we purchased were nothing short of amazing. We tried a variety heat levels, all of which were delicious. Fries were very good, but some in my family thought that they were too spicy. I don't have enough good things to say about this! It's DELICIOUS!! The sliders are phenomenal, the different spice levels are perfect (personally prefer HOT), and the sides are very good. I'll have to try not to eat here everyday!! 1000/10!!!
100% worth the hype! You can pick your level of spicy so everyone can find something they'll like. Mac & cheese is amazing & so is the coleslaw! 10/10 recommend.
Not sure what all the fuss is about. Food is okay but way overpriced. The quality and quantity is comparable to Chick-Fil-A but twice the price.
Not as good as I expected. Chicken was soso and seating almost nonexistent. With Covid you don't need people standing all around you. Probably won't go back unless it's for the drive thru option
