Did takeout after ordering online. Got the #2 combo which is two "sliders". First off these are in no way sliders. It would be the equivalent of two Wendy's spicy chicken sandwiches. The chicken is excellent. Very fresh and crispy even taking them out of a styrofoam container. But what I really wanted to mention is the heat level. I got hot, which is the middle of the pack for the spice levels. If you're looking for a Wendy's or Chik-fil-a level of heat the hot level is not for you. Hot is WAY hotter than that. Very few places north of Louisville satisfy my craving for Nashville hot chicken, and Dave's nailed it! I usually prefer a slightly wetter, slightly sweeter sauce but Dave's is doin their thing and I am not mad!! I'm glad I played it safe and got the "hot" level sauce because they're not playing around. I can't wait to bring my husband to try the reaper. I had the #3 combo, which I didn't expect to be such a good portion, so that was a nice surprise! I wish Dave's many years of success here in Naperville.

I couldn't wait to try this place! I will admit I had it multiple times already. The chicken and fries are delicious. I like that you can pick your spice level and if you want more tenders you just add on (with additional costs). I enjoyed the sauce you can dip you chicken and fries in and they don't skimp on the pickles! The drive thru wait wasn't too bad. Definitely worth the wait.

I want to show recognition of the fantastic customer service when we went on Friday August 6. I regret that I didn't get the names of employees to name them individually for their great work. I was part of a very large group of 40+ people which showed up to the Naperville location shortly before closing. tldr; Fauci should put the vaccine in Dave's chicken and this country will have herd immunity by next Tuesday. Firstly, we need a Dave's Anonymous because it just opened and I've been here way too many times already. It's embarrassing to run into acquaintances who are also embarrassed that it's their fifth trip in the past ten days. Wow, this place was packed when I got there. I had placed my order online, but it wasn't ready at the expected time, so I had to wait for a few minutes. They bring online orders out and place them on a shelf. We ordered a Combo #2 (two sliders w/ fries) and a tender on the side. We got one slider with no spice and the other with lite mild; next time I would definitely opt for lite mild or maybe one step above, as the no spice version lacked in flavor compared to the lite mild one. So got a lot of ads about this place, so the first chance I got I drove an hour to go check it out. First off, it's in a mall area, so there is plenty of parking. We wanted to eat inside but there was a line outside the door about 10 people long so we decided to go to the drive-through instead. Very tasty chicken, even for someone like me who tends to shy away from hot foods! They have plenty of options for spice lovers and mild fans alike. The chicken is deliciously crispy, and so tender. Also, the gentleman who gave me my food was very nice and double checked to confirm I had every component of my very large order. The staff handled the very large volume of costumers professionally and quickly! This is a great spot and you can count me as a loyal Dave's fan! See you soon!
