This was my first time coming here. I got the Dave's #4, which is 1 slider w/ fries. I also got a side of mac & cheese. Everything was just ok. My favorite part was probably the seasoned fries. The chicken sandwich was bland; I felt like there wasn't much seasoning. Also, there was a hard piece of cartilage in the chicken that I had to spit out. I really had a bad experience, the staff was rude, specifically Marquis, he was very pushy, it wasn't busy at all but still wanted me to hurry with the order, my number was never called that my order was ready after 25 minutes I asked where my order was and Marquis just placed it with the online orders!! Horrible! Never again!

Don't go to this location! First of all, it takes a very loooooong time for your order to arrive. Second, the people that works here don't really know about customer service! We tried following up on an order and they just kept saying we don't know what's causing the delay, i'm like, can you check???? Absolutely horrible!

The food is not worth the wait. I placed an order on Postmates at 8:30 PM expecting it to take less time than going through the drive through, but six orders were completed after checking in at 9. The place was packed when we got there, but everyone in the interior already had their food. When I went in the first time three of the workers were chatting amongst themselves in the front with no sense of urgency to even be considered "fast food." How fn ridiculous & pricey!! I ordered a small lucky charms milkshake & this is what they gave me. A cup of small vanilla ice cream with lucky charms topping. It's like buying a peanut butter milkshake & they handed you a cup with vanilla ice cream with a tablespoon of peanut butter on top makes no sense! Someone please explain what a milkshake is to them! I feel ripped tf off. A 2 year old could have made this. I could have also bought some ice cream & box of cereal for this price & made my own. They should feel ashamed ... read more
