Took about 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru to even order and there was only 4 cars ahead of me. As I ordered I still waited another 10 to receive my food. AVOID DRIVE TRU IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH.
Check your bag before you leave this place. Went in around midnight. Only 2 cars in drive through, and still managed to get the wrong order. Just go to raising canes down the street.
Probably the worst fast food chicken experience I've ever had. How does it take twenty mins get get through a drive through just for the food to be cold, in all honesty the guy that gave me my food seemed high as well. I will not be coming back.
Manager Sofia very unreliable. Her team member who had taken my order needed her help and she was highly rude about it! Doesn't seem like a healthy work environment from an outside perspective. Then she handed me my food after the confusion and proceeded to mumble very rude words but all I could catch from what she mumbled was the b word. I cane to this Dave's Hot Chicken here at he Lakewood location i order 2 orders and i only received 3 ketchup. Like really im not sharing 3 ketchup in 2 orders then i ask for more ketchup and guess what 3 more im like what. I get stingy with their ketchup. I guess they give out bonuses.
$17.12 for two chicken strips and cheese fries! No drink. Nothing else! Just the chicken and half empty fries. The chicken is just okay similar to canes. It's definitely a skip!
Passed by the drive thru last night, service was slow and they still got my order wrong. I asked for sub macaroni and they gave me fries instead. I was not told they ran out or were waiting for some. They also forgot to include utensils when I specifically asked for them. I believe the guys name at the window was Anthony. Ruined my meal and hunger after waiting long for the incorrect meal.
The white guy with glasses is very rude and forgot my sauce after I asked him for some .
