first time coming to this location and it was such a good experience! The server Eddie was very polite and friendly the whole time:) Great customer service, we would definitely recommend this location
If I can give this place ZERO stars I would. For the price of the food you would think that the service and food would taste spectacular. Unfortunately in this situation my experience was the opposite. The people working the register were completely checked out from the job they were required to do. Just waited 30 plus minutes in line for mozzarella sticks and two of the three had NO cheese in them
I had faith in you Mike.. Had a long day and all I wanted was my #3 with medium spice. Instead I got 5 mozzarella sticks. Who only orders 5 mozzarella sticks??? I'm so hurt
Stop using app! No reward when using app with visa payment. When ordered. they never ask what spice level and assuming no spice unlike when order with human. When called to update order, they automatically busy even 3 cashier busy talking to each others because they assume the app is taking care off by using recording saying they are really have nothing to do.
