One of the WORST chicken meal experiences I've ever had. The medium spicy was so hot my husband couldn't eat his meal. Very overpriced and just poor quality food.

Hey all, no pics this time but since this is chain I'm gonna be okay. Not great . That's how I sum up my experience. The service was good and honestly a. Notch above most chains. The interior was clean and I liked the outdoor area. Can we discuss the chicken? I mean ...it was not good on my two visits. The spice level was the best attribute. The chicken itself was dry in both the sandwich and the tenders . On both occasions. People rave online but I cannot. The coating was also a bit off putting. Sauce was fine. I'm updating my review but nothing's changed. I. My opinion there are way better places to get similar items from. And the manager comment to my last review led me to the tell them direct web page which felt very imporsonal and makes me not want to eat here ever. My first review stands and I doubt this place could ever wow me. Unless the food gets worse. Thank you for reaching out to me but this is one customer that will gladly give other places my money.

The staff sucks most of the time. I went for a pickup and whoever saw me straight up IGNORED ME. He was a small little guy too. Today the same thing happened. Maybe screen your employees for racism because I know it when I see it.

So I used to love this place because of the sliders were so big I get the 2 slider meal . Man it used to be where I'd get full off one and save the other one for later . The chicken is way smaller portions . I honestly won't eat here again the service was trash and food wasn't what I was

Yuck! I'm shocked that's called food at all. It has flavor but not necessarily flavor you'd expect from food or from a kitchen. I didn't think fast food had much further to fall but here is proof that there is always a lower wrong on the ladder.

Food is hit or miss. One day it's great and then the next it's all burnt and hard to eat. They started charging for extra sauces which is ridiculous because if you order online for pickup you may or may not get that sauce so might as well not even add it to your cart. I've honestly tried to be understanding and gave it another shot today and they did the same thing again today forgot to give me extra Dave sauces that I paid for. I'm Soo disappointed with this establishment. Me and the youth from my church and my kids go here all the time and order the medium heat 2 sliders and fries combo. This last time I ordered it before church and there was a 5million alarm fire in my mouth. Then my son said his was hot too. I was going to complain. But I figured someone messed up. More like Dave's Warm Chicken.. I Went in on 1/18 for my first time and placed an order for 2 tenders, fries and a soda. Before I could fill my beverage, my order number was being called. I thought that was a little strange, as normally you can't fry up a few pieces of chicken in less than 3 minutes. Got home (2ish miles) to find barely warm fries and chicken that had obviously sat around awhile for a while. Guy at the counter was nice but they have the tip trap built into their POS.
