They gave me a free combo coupon and I went back today, I honestly am not a fan of their greasy chicken, but at least this time my order was saved for me, it was hot, and the staff was much better. Great staff this time tbh, the chickens just not my cup of tea. Thanks for the coupon. I liked that I got a ton of extra pickle slices with the order.

If this place paid a little more attention to detail they could be a five star location. My sliders were thrown sloppily into a box and one of them had buns that were almost torn in half. My fries were also cold and stale. They could also keep the place a little cleaner. The flavors were great. I enjoyed the chicken sliders and the sauces. If they just tried a little harder this could be a killer location.

So happy we made the drive out to Santa Rosa to try this place, it was soooo worth it! Ash gave us excellent service. She had asked if we'd been there before & since we hadn't, she took the time to go through the menu with us. My husband & I both ordered the two sliders one hot one medium. I am not exaggerating when I say it was the BEST fried chicken slider I've ever had. The chicken was crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. I prefer this place to five guys Their food is very consistent I've been there about 10,14 times and every time the fries are super crispy they gave me extra sauces all the time and everything is just all around always really good For about 15 bucks you get two sliders and fries Drinks extra

*update management contacted me the next day and gave me $15 credit. We ordered the same thing my son's meal had giant pieces of chicken while mine... looked like small chicken strips but my son reluctantly traded one oh my small strip for one of his much larger pieces he had- all good I ordered the food with NO coleslaw and we get it on all the sandwiches and now they are soggy, also the meal is supposed to come with sauce but we got no sauce. If you want your mouth burned off, and hormone filled giant chicken pieces, come here! Thanks for messing up our order for no spice, my son and I are feeling sick from literally 1 bite of crazy spicy chicken, and hungry. Never going back.

I had a time estimate of 30 minutes showed up 4 minutes after the first few minutes of the predicted times estimate and my food was freezing cold. Thank god I don't arrive any later. The gentlemen work morning was cold and brushed me off until he realized I had already placed my order. Less than satisfactory.

We just left this place after waiting for our food for 45 minutes. We watched the restuarant fill up and empty 3 time with people. We had a reciept and paid but they still forgot us. Zero stars
