With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

OK this place is just opened up right down the street from us and we have tried it out 3 different times. We tried the hottest down to the mild and I have to say they are very inconsistent with the flavoring. Example: My Daughter ordered Mild one day and then decided try Hot. She said that hot tasted just like the mild and then the 3rd time she asked for the Medium and it was spicier than the Hot. Finally tried this place and so sad to say we were very disappointed. The chicken was extremely salty and overcooked. We were trying to look at others food to see if it's meant to be that way or if ours was overcooked?? The one tender I had was so hard and crunchy, I ate half only. The mac and cheese was ok, good but not great. French fries were delicious! We really wanted to love this place but it just wasn't worth it for $20.
