This location has increased their food and drink prices dramatically, and it's apparent they've just become greedy. The service hasn't improved since they opened, the cleanliness has been steadily declining, and I'll no longer be coming to this location.

I'm just gonna say it. Dave's Hot Chicken is hot AF! My go-to at these places is to start at the "Hot" level and see if I need to go up a notch or down. Holy shiz! The Hot level was really hot, and they have an "extra hot" and "Reaper," which I think you gotta sign a release form. Chicken tenders are sliced thin, and I ordered one tender and one slider meal with crinkle cut fries and a drink. I could barely finish the tender and didn't even bother touching the slider. I got some really weird pieces of chicken in my tenders I did eat around it obviously but just really strange everything else was normal. I'm not sure if this always occurs because this is the first time I ever tried the tenders alone, typically get the sliders. Not sure what if this always occurs but hopefully not.

Very bad services The service was extremely poor. A lady, who refused to provide her name, brought the wrong order. When I requested a correction, she argued and declined. Upon asking to speak to the manager, she claimed to be the manager. While the food is consistently good, the disappointing service has led us to decide not to return with our family. Date of service - 03/05/2024 time 12:30pm

We came in today and ordered 1 #4 and 1 #3. Store was pretty empty when we came in but man!!!!!!! It took 30 minutes to get the food! I had to stand there for awhile to even get the worker to acknowledge me, and after it was finally brought out it was brought out for here instead of togo. We brought it home and both of the orders had the same seasoning after i reminded the worker when I came up and asked for them to check on it. I understand stuff happens but this was just an overall disappointing

The food is great . However the service has gone downhill. I went there last Friday evening and firstly, I went to pay with my debit card, they reminded me of tipping option. I said my order is to go, so I would not tip for service. Secondly, the guy who was packing our order tossed all 3 containers in the bag instead of carefully putting them in. I wanted this to be really good, but I ordered two cauliflower tenders and one regular chicken tender. The cauliflower tenders came with fries. The fries were delicious and flavorful but soggy and Luke warm. The cauliflower was delicious and flavorful but too much seasoning and I am Hispanic I love seasoning, but when I tell you they Put so much seasoning on this. I've now had my order messed up both times that I've been here. The first time it was missing cheese when I paid extra for it. The last time I ordered in person and received a completely wrong order. Instead of buns I received white bread and I guess the cook thought it would make it all better if they threw in an extra chicken. No one told me they would be out of buns and I'm assuming because it was a to go order they thought I wouldn't notice until I got home. They were right. Daves-2 Me-0

Nice big juicy tenders but the coating is so salty I couldn't even finish it. Shame, I've been wanting to try this place out for a while. Plenty of other Nashville style chicken places in the area that don't overdo it on the salt and still have great flavor.
