VERY GOOD!! Made upon ordering, and the portions are good for two. I only wish they had Rootbeer, to go with the good heat of the chicken.

The guy working the register I believe his name is Bobby had GREAT customer service and was so energetic! This is what you want in a business like this so people come back! GREAT JOB BOBBY!

I was excited to try Daves Hot Chicken! The tenders are good size and juicy. The is nothing really special about the chicken, it's just hot. I ordered 1 extra hot and 1 Carolina Reaper and they were spicy but there was no other flavor or taste. The real MVP here are the fries!! Crispy, crunchy, spicy crinkle fries were the best I've had in a long time! Edit: added a star just because someone asked what could be done to get it to a 5.... Good customer service did it

The menu is so simple and perfect! If you are a spice lover, medium may not be enough but easy to get used to their seasoning. Try to order ahead because this place can get busy and there will be a little bit of a line.
Chicken is great, however the music is so loud it's almost unbearable. Maybe they don't want you to stay any longer than it takes to eat. The loud music and then the yelling of order numbers into the intercom, it's jarring when unexpected. Not sure if the other locations are this loud. Won't be back until they turn down the music.

Rude. Delayed on being ready. Food was inedible. Requested coleslaw instead of fries. Received fries and no coleslaw. Messy bathroom. Unsanitary.

Way too much seasoning. It's like eating the final crumbs of powder that fell to the bottom of a takis bag. Really can't even taste the chicken. Salty and too heavy.

terrible service,my kids were cleaning the chairs in the outdoor area seating because it rained that morning,it had alot of water on them. this lady came out yelled ,don't put the water down. I asked her why she yelled she completely ignored me and didn't even acknowledge.If i could give a zero i would, Zero to customer service, you guys have terrible staff. this Lady was working on Wednesday August 12th 2025 7.14 pm.
