TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

dude best chicken ever i loved the sauce too!! i got a small meal but it was super filling and the mac and cheese was on point dawg 10/10 recommend i got like the first level of spice and it packed some heat it was soooo good bruh i would take like anyone here for a good first impression or somethin also i ordered to go and it was ready hella fast too
My husband Dave and I stopped in for a quick lunch. Had to try his namesakes hot chicken right? The place was very clean and lots of people eating lunch. Fun artwork on the walls. We had the #2 and #3. I got mild spice and my husband got regular. My Dave said it could be spicier so he will step it up next time! The sliders were excellent!! Tasty white chicken meat tenders that had great flavor!! Loved the sauce and dill pickle slices. Fries were good. The cheesey fries had a velveeta type of cheese on them. The kale slaw ... read more

Eaten here a few times and wanted to say I highly recommend this location in Port Hueneme. It was clear to see employees were working hard and very respectful. Shoutout to the two that helped us, Jacob and Jasmine.

Was in the area and decided I should be a fatty and have fried chicken sandwiches. I ordered the number two which is two sliders with fries. One hot, one extra hot with cheese. They both had great flavor! They were spicy! I wouldn't dare try the reaper. The fries are seasoned well. The meal comes with a dipping sauce that's sorta cheesy and good. Staff was friendly and the location was clean. Definitely recommend
