With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The wait time for my order was 10 minutes and once I picked it up I was waiting for my drinks because I did not receive them at the counter when I paid. The girl that gave me my food walked back and literally said "Are you waiting for something else?" And I said "Yeah, My drinks." She didn't believe my word so I let her see my receipt and that was enough confirmation to get my paid drinks. Happiest moment of my life, showing proof I did paid for my drinks.
