I actually love the food here and my husband and I frequent it all the time. Which is why my sister got me a gift card for my birthday. When we tried to redeem it at this location of 4/28 around 7pm, the girl working the counter told my husband that it's not working and that something must be wrong with their system right now. She told us to just use it on our app next time. We said okay, and proceeded to pay the full amount.
