Food is really great here ! I love their sliders but I don't like how sometimes they ignore you when you walk in to pick up an order that you put online. Or when you get there first there is always these door dashers that go around the corner and the workers always attend them first while I'm waiting underneath the pick up sign.

Forgot my mozzarellla sticks and the cashier was so grumpy,a brown 10yr old looking women,lwk needs to be fired,made me felt weird and didn't like her vibe,someone else will do a better job

I went on a Weekday before closing to order a simple slider they told me there would be six minutes wait before the order can be prepared. I accepted because I was very hungry. They gave me a receipt after the payment. The cashier was rude and not speaking good English. I waited then they accepted another customer with a full order. Who came after me but got his order before me. But server gave my order to him. Because I heard the check no or order no. He got take out so did I. We get Dave's pretty often and this last time was the worst time. We ordered the large Mac and Cheese Fries and it only came with half of the chicken it was supposed to come with and literally a spoonful of Mac n cheese. Also, the buns on our sliders were cold and stale and the cheese wasn't even melted. For the price that we paid it was totally not worth it. Extremely disappointed especially since it's one of our favorite spots.

Food is really great I love eating here the sandwiches never disappoint. But I do feel like they need to attend the people that pre order their food first because I feel like everytime I preorder my food and get there when they say my food is ready I still have to wait like 10+ minutes for someone to even acknowledge me or even when I'm waiting there sometimes some door dashers come in and try to cut me and they just show their phone to the employees and they seem to help them out first.

I placed an online order like I have a number of times. I had a noon pick-up time. When I arrived at 12:05, my order was not ready. I was told it would be ready shortly. Then they asked to see my confirmation and I showed her my email. I then waited 20 minutes while other orders came out. After 25 minutes I asked where my food was and the "manager" told me that it had never entered their system. I don't know how they could both be preparing my order and have no record of the order.
