Not the best food (chicken sandwiches at most other restaurants are better than this place) and all of the tables in the place were dirty and sticky. Wouldn't go back there again.

Highly disappointed in the customer service from this location. That's just the beginning! Considering the fact that I have family in retail and restaurant, I'm very open minded to the occasional attitude and or lack of work ethic from some people. Anyhow, for a few reason I'm inclined to leave the review knowing how it can effect another's decision to dine at this establishment. I very disappointed with my service. Bad restaurant. Bad employees. Manager is very rude. Super slow . Dirty restroom. Food was cold . I was waiting for that bad satisfaction

Awesome food, great service, but I'm a little irritated about my last experience here. In the middle of the day, one of the workers decided it was time to time to do the all-important task of polishing the stainless steel doors and floorboards, spraying an aerosol can just 6 feet away from customers in the process of eating (and breathing). No regard for whatever chemicals were being put into the air and potentially landing on our food.

I've been wanting to try Dave's Hot Chicken from all of the internet hype and when I found myself in the Port Hueneme area I decided to give it a try. This is the only location they have in Ventura County at this time. I actually assumed it would be a busy line so I downloaded their app while at the beach and ordered ahead of time.
