I had never eaten at a Dave's Hot Chicken before and have noticed that they have numerous locations all over Southern California. So I decided to give it a try at this particular location. I ordered the Dave's #4, which is a slider with fries, pickles and a side of sauce. This goes for $9.95. They call it a slider, but I thought it was actually quite a substantial sandwich. This restaurant provided me terrible customer service after I paid for my food. After nearly one hour of waiting, the staff admitted my food order was lost. The restaurant was not busy with customers at the time.

Amazing what people will eat. Worst chicken tenders I have had. The seasoning destroys the chicken and fries. Chick Filet, Popeye's, Cane's and KFC are brilliant compared to Dave's !

I had come in to pick up an order that I had placed through the app. This was only my second time ordering from here, so I had assumed that everything in the order would be correct, but as soon as I got back home I noticed that not only did they forget to include the Mac and cheese I paid extra for, but they also did not include any of the dips. Friendly cashier so no issue with that. However, I ordered my food to go yet my chicken wasn't even lukewarm! My fries were lukewarm which is unacceptable because I was made to wait for my order since they had to get my chicken ready. Mind you, they had only 3 people who ordered before me and nobody else was there.
