The chicken bites were cold. When asked an associate to warm them up in a microwave, her response was we don't have one sorry. She didn't even offer to warm them up or make a new batch that were warm. I usually love coming here, but her response to the issue at hand spoke volumes. The ambiance was OK. Customer service goes a long way, even if it's a minimal act of kindness to make the customer happy. Do Better!

I ordered the #2 that comes with two sliders and some fries. Im very disappointed on how one of my sliders is scraps. I share this with my partner so getting this was very upsetting. I got my order to go so I didn't find this out till I got to th dinner table.

I ordered a meal to be delivered by grubhub tonight and I was supposed to be text messaged when driver arrived. The delivery time was given online to be 9:15 pm. I did not get a message that my order had been delivered at 9:00 pm instead. I checked my front porch at 9:10 pm and there it sat out my bench getting cold!!! I blame the delivery servicer GrubHub, however Dave's Hot Chicken should be aware this happened to me!!!???

I have heard so many good things about this place. I decided to take a drive about 20 mins to Dave's. Ordered quickly and cashier was super peppy. Great energy. The wait was a bit and while the cashier was busy taking orders a woman came out to hand out the 6 orders that all seemed to be ready at the same time.
