We get Dave's pretty often and this last time was the worst time. We ordered the large Mac and Cheese Fries and it only came with half of the chicken it was supposed to come with and literally a spoonful of Mac n cheese. Also, the buns on our sliders were cold and stale and the cheese wasn't even melted. For the price that we paid it was totally not worth it. Extremely disappointed especially since it's one of our favorite spots.

Food is really great I love eating here the sandwiches never disappoint. But I do feel like they need to attend the people that pre order their food first because I feel like everytime I preorder my food and get there when they say my food is ready I still have to wait like 10+ minutes for someone to even acknowledge me or even when I'm waiting there sometimes some door dashers come in and try to cut me and they just show their phone to the employees and they seem to help them out first.

I placed an online order like I have a number of times. I had a noon pick-up time. When I arrived at 12:05, my order was not ready. I was told it would be ready shortly. Then they asked to see my confirmation and I showed her my email. I then waited 20 minutes while other orders came out. After 25 minutes I asked where my food was and the "manager" told me that it had never entered their system. I don't know how they could both be preparing my order and have no record of the order. This restaurant provided me terrible customer service after I paid for my food. After nearly one hour of waiting, the staff admitted my food order was lost. The restaurant was not busy with customers at the time.

Amazing what people will eat. Worst chicken tenders I have had. The seasoning destroys the chicken and fries. Chick Filet, Popeye's, Cane's and KFC are brilliant compared to Dave's !

I had come in to pick up an order that I had placed through the app. This was only my second time ordering from here, so I had assumed that everything in the order would be correct, but as soon as I got back home I noticed that not only did they forget to include the Mac and cheese I paid extra for, but they also did not include any of the dips. Friendly cashier so no issue with that. However, I ordered my food to go yet my chicken wasn't even lukewarm! My fries were lukewarm which is unacceptable because I was made to wait for my order since they had to get my chicken ready. Mind you, they had only 3 people who ordered before me and nobody else was there.
