Waited 30 minutes for food and milkshake machine was broken. I would not recommend.....

Meh. I was absolutely hyped to try their cauliflower "chicken" sandwich and "wings". It definitely had potential but the bun to cauliflower ratio is not there. I had enough fun for maybe a quarter of the cauliflower. It was also overly greasy as if they hadn't left it to drain before saucing it. I think they need to use more of a small hoagie roll for this. Allow it to drain a little bit and it has serious potential.
First time here. Absolutely the worst chicken I have had in a while. Cold mac and cheese, had to ask for the pickles and over cooked chicken. The fries were the only "hot" part of the meal. The fact that a tip is on the screen when you pay is bananas. One and done for us.

There is no joy in this place-employees very disengaged. Food took a long time to come out- felt like winning the lottery when my number was finally called. In the 50 minutes I was there, no one came out to wipe down tables. Besides not having a great vibe, it's unclean as well. Oh, it's not a great value either.

the food took forever. workers were playing around with food ex: shooting food into trashcan. and constantly checking/on phones while i've been waiting for over 30 mins

Waited 40 minutes for two #3 meals. Annoyed and unpleasant staff. Saw cook on phone and other unsanitary practices. Bad first DHC experience

Extremely over hyped. Chicken is just paprika maybe Cajun seasoning ( very lightly seasoned ) and some oil. I got the medium and mild dusting. The sauce is just ketchup and mayo. The chicken is really juicy and tender but there's no flavor to the batter or dusting of spice. Fries are just plain Jane crinkle cut fries. 3$ for a small drink that's not included on an already 13$ meal and a 3.79$ side of decent Mac ? Not worth the 21$ at all. Customer service is nonexistent. Seemed annoyed to take our order. Not table service yet the tip at check our started at 15%. Chicken was really salty and had a hard piece in it. We were the only ones in there at 7pm on a Friday night... if staff were friendly, you'd have more customers.

Over seasoned, too salty. Like biting into a drybrub directly. Place had sticky floors, dirty bathroom. Was a last minute decision to try after errands and to test knowing someone who has a franchise. The only thing okay was the actual chicken was cooked well. I imagine the "chicken" tasted good but, can't tell with all that dry, dry rub.
