Can you give zero stars? I was really excited to try this place near the mall for the first time this past Friday. It has a funky menu, no sandwiches just either sliders or tenders that you can put on bread. I ordered a slider on bread, fries, and a drink. Total cost over $14. Really? I ordered the food for inside , not to go. I ordered it without the slaw, pickles, or special sauce. I was served it to go, and it had the sauce on it. It took about 15 minutes to get my food. Took 48 minutes to get one sandwich. Staff was not knowledgeable about menu. The manager was in the back could care less he stayed on his phone the whole time. Lot of unhappy customers waiting after they've already paid. Horrible horrible service. Cross contamination going on. Employees hair/dreads dangling all over the food. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Crowded, the chicken was not exceptional. Paprika is the only spice. Not 'hot chicken' and bad use of the traditional hood dish.

Chicken was very salty. Was expecting a little more sauce. No pickles came with mine as advertised. Kale salad cup was barely 1/2 full.

Very expensive for what you getting. I will say food was average. When you spend $80.00 dollars on four combos to dine in you should get a new plate not a to go box to eat from.

Food was amazing. The fries were seasoned great and also had a good crisp to them. The sliders were delicious already but dipping it in honey made it even better! Besides the food everything else was meh. The service was not all there. The customer in front of me had a big order and needed to customize some things. The cashier seemed a little frustrated so had another worker come take the order, who also seemed frustrated. I really wanted to love this place. I waited with anticipation to try it. My husband stood in line for 45 minutes on the second day that it was open and I was disappointed. The reason the chicken looks red is because it's coated in a super salty seasoning. I mean salty like I retained water for days! The food is good, but staff is horrible. Met with attitude and poor service. Has the potential to be a once a week stop but will no longer be getting my business unless serious change is made.

The chicken is great, the service is the worst in the city. Hire new staff. Aweful attitudes, place was a wreck.
