Over 15 minutes in the drive through line for two orders. One slider and one two piece tender along with two drinks. $30? 1) The chicken is not that good. 2) Reaper is over the top hot. 3) service in the drive through sucks. 4) once in line you're stuck, no exit. 4) Too expensive for what you get. We won't be pulling off in Waco again for this stop for sure. Adios Dave.

I wanted to try Dave's hot chicken until I saw the black lady eating which was one of the most obnoxious commercials I've ever witnessed. If chewing, licking and slobbering over chicken like a cow eating cud on Amazon is how Dave sells chicken. Then I guess I'll never try. Maybe my loss, but more disturbing to me that Dave's would either take advantage of a beautiful young woman who apparently has no good home training or just flat doesn't know what good eating manners are. chicken tender was not good , they was two big tender never aeen any like it.. regular bread with y tender it was hard fries was disgusting.. i will never eat there again

I tried Dave's for the first time, and ordered the #1; 2 tenders, fries. the service was good, as I was there around 12:30. The chicken tenders were spicy to my satisfaction. The fries were plentiful as well. I noticed no ketchup available unless you asked the counter person for some. Plus, no forks or knives unless you ask. I am from Southern California. We have this restaurant there and it's the talk of the town. It's always busy. I was excited to see Dave's in Waco, I was anticipating the goodness that Dave's is known for. I was Sadly Disappointed. It was a Saturday afternoon when I went thru the drive thru. Whole night shift has to get there stuff together 40 minutes just for a #2. They dont even know what theyre doing

These people are crazy!!! I walked in at looked at the first thing on the menu, 2 strips and fries for $11.99, not even a drink. Chicken is not that hard to come by. You would have to have no concept of value to eat here. I turned around and left like anyone in their right mind would do. Their chicken strips may be amazing but at that price I am not willing to find out. There are too many other good options at a far better price.
