Marketing is good enough to make you want to try it, but the food isn't good enough to make you come back ‍ Service is great :)

Food was delicious, the manager was very nice and walked around and make sure everyone was enjoying their meal, the people taking your meal order need more training on being friendlier nicer to customers. They act like they don't want to be there but they have to because it's a job.

Food was delish! My family tried 'hot' as the chicken spice. I personally like 'hot' in general but will try something less spicy next time. Chicken was juicy. Also, I couldn't get enough of the fries. We were given a sample of cheese sauce to taste with the fries. Oh my... can i get a gallon of that?!? Gary who in my opinion was superb! He helped us from beginning to end. If he is a staff lead or manager. He should be! Service like that will keep Dave's busy. Thank you, Gary, for making our first visit rememberable!

I love trying new franchises on road trips and this is one we don't have where I live so I couldn't pass it up. It looks like a relatively new construction and everything was clean and fresh looking. The employee at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful since this was our first time, so she went over all the details. We ended up doing sandwiches that came with a decent sized piece of fried chicken with coleslaw underneath and some pickles on top, all held together on a bun. Overall great food. Sauce is spectacular. Customer service is absolutely awful though. Ive gone multiple times and haven't seen a single worker smile and they all have this icy-ness to them that makes it seem like they really don't want to talk to you.

Okay hot chicken, nothing spectacular. The rub they use is yummy and at times has a smoky flavor, but the chicken itself is just run the mill. We did try the hottest heat and it'll light you up!

Great place our first time made me try a second time and then a third time. We prefer the mild it's just the right amount of heat for us.

We stopped by at 8pm. The person who took our order was super friendly and helpful. He asked if we've been and we shook our heads. He gave us an intensive overview of their menu and how it worked. He gave his 2 cents on all the sauces available. This guy is incredible! Too bad I forgot his name otherwise I would have included this review. I got the Hot sandwich and my husband got Reaper.
