Dave's is the epitome of good marketing. They have tons of UO callbacks and tracktown decor in their own style, making it funny and cool. The food is also really good, and the service is quite good considering how much business they get.

I had been hearing about Dave's Hot Chicken for a while but never got the chance to try it until recently! I've had it 3 times in the last week because I love it so much! the chicken breading is addicting. perfect spice (I like that you can choose) and the texture is out of this world. I got the slider and added honey packets and OMG! Mac and cheese is super good as well. My experience with Dave's Hot Chicken has been great everytime. If you are thinking about trying, you definitely should.

We go for the fried cauliflower. I love it. The sauce is surprisingly spicy. The place is always busy when I stop by so they are doing something right. It's great to see this corner on 13th street has a solid tenant

Hella tasty chicken. Really cool that it's halal. #2 hot spice level with cheese is my go-to! Service was excellent and the store is always really clean. Being able to sub mac and cheese instead of fries for free is a huge upside. 10/10 recommend to anyone. They also do cauliflower instead of chicken!! Super tasty as well. Dave's sauce is like crack. Awesome service! No matter what the demand, the staff always goes above and beyond! They are always friendly and accommodating of everyone! On top of that the chicken is mouth watering !! I want to especially thank Katie for really going above and beyond, helping me with technical issues!
Wow....this place rocks. We've been hearing about Dave's Hot Chicken for a while now. Tonight, we decided to trek into town to try them out. I can say, We are 100% not disappointed. The chicken is cooked hot ( like, not spicy, just cooked hot) and the taste is to die for. I got two sliders (which are a very good size for being sliders) with hot and extra hot seasoning. The food was fantastic. I ordered 2 sliders, fries, and Mac and cheese. I chose "hot" for the heat level on the sandwich which was hot and also delicious. The sandwiches reminded me of Hatty B's hot chicken in Nashville. The Mac isn't "good", but it helped cool your mouth from the hot chicken so it was perfect. I wouldn't crave the Mac, but I'd also order it every time I got the hot chicken. We ordered a couple extra packets of Dave's sauce. It was similarly soothing, and it was also very flavorful.
