TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The chicken here is always so good. Nice spice and it's moist. The Mac didn't look good or appetizing, but it had a good taste and we were even dipping our fries in the cheese. It looked soupy, but it was really thick. The slaw was great. I don't know what the deal is about sliced white bread lol. I don't know if it's just me, but I don't want wonder bread with my tenders. Gold peak Sweet tea & the GOOD ICE in the machine. One of the ok/good fast food few places still open on this side of El Camino Sunnyvale. Most places close at 10. Nice this place stays open till 11pm... downside. It's disgusting inside. They pretty much NEVER clean the tables... crumbs all over the tables and floors. Looks like a pig sty inside! However, the food is pretty good. ESP for late night.

Just tried this for the first time and absolutely loved it. We got the 2 chicken tender combo and the 2 chicken sandwich combo, spicy. It was super spicy, I think next time I'd get medium but I was still okay with the spicy! It was boarderline too much though. The sandwich spice level was perfect, the tenders were almost too spicy (probably the bread helped). They were super generous with the sauces which we loved, and the Dave's sauce was to die for.
