TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

FINALLY a Daves hot chicken in Sunnyvale!! I've been here so many times ever since it opened and I'm obsessed! This is located in a big plaza with tons of parking. If you order online, they have a side window to pick up your order which is convenient. Inside they have a lot of seating and it is clean and decorated. Kinda pricy... spice wasn't really there... but the chicken was moist, the batter was light and crunchy, imo dog bun might be better, due to the shape of the chicken... I'm just saying French fries were good, not soggy... I would consider going back the food was edible...

Clean, well lit, fast food place that serves hot chicken--spicy friend chicken that comes in two configurations (a slider, or as chicken tenders) and seven degrees of heat, ranging from not spicy on up. I ordered Medium and it was pretty spicy. Seems geared toward a younger crowd, with high-energy decor and fairly loud rock music.
