This chain may have been bought by the same folks that own Subway so not sure if it's still Muslim owned. There are better Muslim owned halal chicken options in our area. We prefer to support them.

The pick up window idea is literally the worst feature I've seen in fast food. You are at a complete disadvantage when you have to stand outside and the workers are attending to the people inside, those they see directly in front of the register. We are routinely waiting for 5+ minutes to even be recognized, and we often have to knock on the window several times before they hear / acknowledge us. While better training or staffing might help, what's really broke is the model. I'd love to hear from a manager to understan... read more

They cheated us on the tip amount. My husband chose 10% tip on the pay machine; however, the receipt showed 20% tip being chosen and paid. Not sure if something's wrong with their cash registry system. We let it go. That being said, I am not happy being swindled without consent and considered such an act dishonesty. I don't support unethical business. They should refund us the entire gratuity money because stealing is uncool! Since when does a fast food chain with zero service charge 20% tip in the sneaky way? They straight up forgot my order for 30 minutes when the ticket was right in front of them. It wasn't even a busy night, when I walked to the counter to check the lady just said they'll work on it but then kept calling up orders after me. We had to walk over to the counter and ask them a second time for the meal to be made.

Came inside to order because their website wasn't working despite having "successfully" used apple pay as an option. That said, I thought going in to order would mean that it will come out crispy & fresh so I didn't mind. I opened the box right after ordering so I could eat in my car. I've had Dave's hot chicken in Vegas before so when I saw that there was one in Sunnyvale I was so excited. Friendly staff, quick and responsive (2 stars) Chicken flavor is just 0 stars, the seasoning is bland, Ive tried different heat levels and all the same just not good, like really not good at all. Again, the staff, and ambiance is very clean and friendly. The food from this franchise is just really bad compared to the numerous options in our area.
