TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The food was excellent for fast food. Chicken had a nice crunch factor and tender and moist inside. I ordered 2 sliders and fries and could only eat one. Also a side of Mac that I split with my partner. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly. For the price I think you get your moneys worth. The restaurant was very clean as well as the restrooms. We will be back!

When it doesn't fit on the bun and your slider tray rakes 10 15 min to eat cause it's that good.Fully remodeled and very clean open seating polished floors and a large outdoor eating area .Bathrooms are fully remodeled,they are professional from kitchen to platter.
It was my first time trying it. The staff is nice, and I like how they ask if it’s your first time eating there. They provide you with helpful information to choose what you want to eat. Their slushes are great, and the restaurant itself has a great interior.
It’s never not excellent. Extremely consistent. Top tier quality. It’s not about the crunch; it’s about the seasoning. Very friendly as well. Easy place to order - the heat levels are true to value. Hot is hot, etc. If you don’t like spice then I would still recommend lite mild for all the flavor but no heat.
