I placed an order from Dave's Hot Chicken to be delivered. All of my food was there and was packaged neatly. It was also my first time trying Dave's. I really enjoyed the chicken. I also ordered the loaded fries. They were a bit salty. I gave that feedback to the delivery service provider and Dave's responded quickly with a "come back and try us on us". The loaded Mac and cheese was quite good. Great balance of Mac, fries, and chicken bites. Chicken slider was solid. Loved the bun but not the biggest overall fan of Nashville style chicken.

Forgot to leave a review in the moment, but this was a great post-concert spot. We rolled in at about midnight after seeing a concert nearby. Even though it was super late, they were super busy, but we still got our food out pretty fast. I will say, I'm not a personal fan of the loud and crazy decor, but they know their audience. The chicken was also super moist and juicy, which is a must, but sometimes hard to come by.

easily the best fast food spot in portland. this location is extra special bc: a drive thru ;) best late night snack: fries and a large vanilla shake open til 1am! 2am fri/sat! unheard of in pdx chicken sliders = perfect comfort meal literally BEST MILKSHAKE EVER folks who work here = always friendly. their prices are soo reasonable. go here!
I love Daves hot chicken. The crunch of the perfect fried chicken is so GOOD and that really goodand sauce is good too. The service is amazing. I would recommend it. Easily the best fast food in Oregon.
Awesome place. Consistently amazing every single time. I'm not sure what kind of ingredients they use but this place is highly addicting and I cannot get enough!

I had heard so much about Dave's Hot Chicken and I love chicken and spice and all things related to it. So when I finally went I was mildly disappointed unfortunately. I will say I felt the chicken was just okay. I got medium spice level and I felt like it was very heavily reliant on paprika which doesn't have much heat to it at all, It still had some heat but not what I expected from somewhere with Hot Chicken in the name. Gresham restaurant food is great. The help was good with their robot speak of How are we doing. Don't need a therapist at a chicken restaurant. Want the line to move . Being third in line I thought the line would move faster. I get it chicken takes a little longer. How about we move the tables away from the door so we don't get pushed out of the way.
