$14 for 2 sliders (menu item #2) and it doesn't come with a drink. We waited forever for the food and it came out salty and dry. Ultimately paid $33 for my wife and I. The restaurant itself was freezing cold as well.

Very very good food but would have to rate the service a F minus! cashier seemed to hate customers and my food came out wrong! when i politely told them they just said that's what i asked for and walked away mid sentence! would have been a 5 star based off of food tho.

Very mediocre. The chicken was okay. The fries were pretty good but I would not go back honestly.

The chicken was dry and i am not a fan of the seasoning. The hot chicken was too hot to enjoy. We ordered 3 meals and they messed up all 3 of them. They charged us for our sides but forgot one of them. The inside was busy and loud, traffic didn't flow well. Safe to say I will not be purchasing again. Totally a waste of time and money.

I tried DHC for the first time this lunch hour. Ordered the #1combo, 2- tenders (med. heat)& fries and added a dish of coleslaw. First I want to say the service was great. order came quickly & hot. Tenders were over cooked for my liking very dry ! And way too salty with the seasoning. Cole slaw was nothing great Fries were cooked perfectly but the seasoning is way to salty for my taste buds. I waited in line for 20 minutes for the chicken this weekend, when it was 15 degrees and you had to wait outside. When I finally got to order, I ordered a hot tender/slider combo meal with Mac n cheese and then an extra tender. When I got home I realized they gave me just a reaper slider meal with fries, and then they gave me my extra tender. But I was 1 tender short (which are $5 after tax), didn't get the Mac n cheese, and the spice level they gave me (which was wrong because I ordered hot) was so hot I couldn't eat my foo... read more

Not a bad experience but the food is not what I was expecting. Great fast service but the tenders are coated in a dry rub seasoning, and I mean coated. It was almost hard to eat with how much seasoning is put on these things. Maybe the place for others but not for me. Good ambiance and service, $15 average price, decent place.

PLEASE READ I never do this. I rarely have experiences this aggravating and shocking I felt the need to share this story regarding the new Dave's Hot Chicken on Saddle Creek Rd in Omaha. I had an incredibly disrespectful interaction with multiple cashiers at the Omaha restaurant that adamantly refused to give me the correct amount of change when I politely told her that she had "hopefully" made a mistake in counting. Service was surprisingly quick. Very friendly. Not much room for waiting on orders, so it was a bit uncomfortable & congested. My receipt here says #3 medium spice with a Mac & cheese and two #1 medium spice. They ended up forgetting the Mac & cheese and one of my #1 was a #3 hot. That incorrect meal was too spicy for any of us to eat unfortunately. All of the medium level chicken was salty. Not inedible but nearly. The pickles were less salty than the medium level chicken. Fries and sauce were good. Not worth it overall.
