I've been wanting to try Dave's Hot Chicken since it opened. Finally, I had an opportunity to try the famous hot chicken. What a treat! A couple of recommendations if you haven't tried Dave's. 1. I would recommend menu item #3, and you get to try both the slider and the chicken tender. Btw the chicken tender is like a chicken breast. I was really impressed with Dave's Hot Chicken. The chicken are in solid pieces (instead of pounding out the chicken). The fries are fresh, crispy, and seasoned well. The Kale coleslaw is the best! The macaroni and cheese was just ok, but still good for fast food. It is not the heathiest food, so I won't be back for a while. I would recommend this establishment. The fights outside are pretty cool too.

This was my second time at Dave's and I liked it the second time even more. I tried the Mac n cheese this time, which I thought was delicious. I liked the dry rub on the tenders slightly more than the sandwich for some reason. Dave's is a great place to stop off for a quick, delicious meal and ordering ahead is a game changer

I got the lite mild as I am not a fan of spicy. While the first bite had me questioning my choice it was better as I got further in. I also wondered about the kale slaw but it was very good. The fries and dipping sauce is excellent. Susan M served us and she was wonderful with my 10 yr old granddaughter and making suggestions. Susan made the service outstanding. The atmosphere was typical of fast food and they kept the tables cleaned up well.

I've been waiting to try this place since they opened. Every time I drove by it was insanely busy. Parking is hard to find in the parking lot. Food is decent. Trying to find a place to sit down and eat was another challenge. We let another couple with a baby sit at our table since there was not a place to sit.The reason for the 3 star rating is limited parking and seating options inside.

5 stars for this California chain. It's a simple menu, similar to Raising Canes, but has a southern feel and the HOT chicken. Chicken is tender, and well prepared. The coating is light, crispy, and well flavored. The spice levels are adequately rated, and delicious. I even love the sides of mac and cheese, fries and the kale slaw. First time visit, definitely not my last. I ordered the #3. It includes a slider, a tender, fries, Dave's sauce, a slice of bread and pickles. I ordered it medium hot. It was all fantastic. The slider was absolutely great. It had a very large piece of breaded, tender, juicy, chicken on it. It came with Dave's sauce, pickles and kale slaw on it.
