Honestly i have been to many locations and this by far is the worst. They don't answer the phone at strategic hours to avoid extra work and they dont understand what extra spice/seasoning means like bro if i ask for extra just do what i instructed? Its not hard i swear and i worked in a McDonalds it doesnt get worse than that but somehow these guys found a way. Chicken used to be very good when it first opened. Now, I can't go there anymore. I'm wondering if they changed chicken suppliers or something. The last three times, the chicken was just full of cartilage and just not good. I couldn't even finish it.

Well, I finally did it. I ordered Dave's hot chicken. First things first I ordered it through DoorDash. Didn't get my coleslaw. Didn't get my strawberry shake. They're already losing. I enjoy spicy food so I ordered hot. This was not hot. This was fit for heart patients, small children maybe, but not for someone like me who enjoys spicy food. I also got some macaroni and cheese, Kraft does it better. all in all this was a complete and utter disappointment. I don't see what the hype is.

Delicious food! We had the 'not' chicken slider combo and it was the shit! Soft buttery buns, kale slaw, crisp pickles, and the fry on the cauliflower was perfect. Bring one out to West O please!!!!
Worst chicken I've ever tasted. Would give negative stars if I could. Terrible customer service when asked about the bad chicken. Get your hot chicken any place besides here

Getting in and parking is difficult, to say the least. It is painfully - and I do mean EXCRUCIATINGLY - LOUD inside. Polished concrete floor, all hard surface walls, steel chairs & tables, and music playing loudly. On the plus side, the employees were competent and friendly. And even though it's not my favorite style of chicken, it was done well and there were ample portions. If I ever get DHC again I will definitely get it to go, and avoid the painful dining area.

Food is pretty good! However the girl on the register doesn't give af and acts like you being there is the biggest inconvenience for her and the prices are pretty pricey

I enjoyed my meal quite a bit. If I didn't have a poor experience at the register, I would give it a 5 because the hot chicken was great. It's a fast food restaurant so I don't expect to be wowed w service. The young guy that was assigned to take the orders had his pants sagging so his underwear was exposed. I was the only person in the place at the time, and he was noticeably disgusted he had to put his cell phone away to take my order and my money.
