By far the worst hot chicken place I've tried. The buns were cold, the chicken tasted like they cooked it in old grease. The fries & sauce were okay. I would never come back again.

Customer service was terrible. The food is awesome, but when I went to ask about my order--which took 45 minutes for just one plate of two pieces of chicken and fries--one employee laughed at me for asking why it was taking so long. Instead of saying something like, "It's about to come out, we'll take care of you," I was met with laughter in front of the manager. The ready makes it bad service to me even if the food is good.

I ordered the #1 and got RAW CHICKEN. I noticed after I had already eaten half of it and when Dave's Hot Chicken was notified I was told that they were following all the right procedures and all they could do was refund my meal.

I am from out of town but when I come to New Caney to visit family I always stop at Dave's Hot Chicken. Well this time I was very disappointed because the chicken strips were much thinner! What happened? I don't know if it's worth the price anymore...

Waited 25 minutes just to be told they got no CHEESE!!!!!!!! Bruhhhh you guys killing me. They tried to make it up wit a slushy which is cool but na that was un called for a simple "yo we don't got cheese ready you want to cancel this" would've sufficed but no communication and had me waiting there? People in line left waiting for me. I had people honking at me thinking I probably ordered the whole freaking menu.
