I was nervous about placing a mobile order due to some reviews stating that their orders were wrong; but I was pleasantly surprised when our entire order was made perfectly! Picking up was really easy, you skip the line and go directly to the pick up counter which made it super quick! I appreciate that they put my pickles on top of the sauce container so it didn't make my bun soggy. The sliders and fries are great. It's a little pricey for fast food, but service was good. It's really loud in the restaurant with hard surfaces everywhere. Bathroom was not clean.

Recently had Dave's Hot Chicken and was excited to go for lunch for a quick meal. Had specifically asked for no pickles on my slider meal. Order was done quick, and tons of pickles in the slider and on the side. I had asked to have it remade and was told next time to ask for no pickles...but overall, the food was good and plenty of seating.

I finally made it out to Dave's. The interior is cool with graffiti art all over the walls. The staff helped me navigate the menu since it was my first visit. I ordered Dave's #2 combo which is two sliders with fries and I choose the hot heat level. I enjoy spicy food but there was no spice. The chicken itself was tasty and crunchy. Dave's sauce is great to dip the fries in. It was a pretty good chicken sandwich but it did not live up to all the hype. Maybe I got the incorrect spice level. This place piqued my interest when I drove by and saw a line OUT OF THE DOOR!! I knew I wanted to check it out. I suggested it to some of my friends and they agreed. One of my friends visited the Plaza Midwood location and my other friend had never visited before. Once I entered I realized why the line was out of the door. They have the line roped off and it's a short amount of space between the door and the register line. They even have an online order window so you don't have to enter the building. Worst customer service! I have been vegetarian for over 10 years. I went and ordered the cauliflower tenders as I usually do, but this time when I ordered they mistakenly gave me chicken. I didn't realize until I already got home and took my first bite. The cauliflower and the chicken look very similar. I was very upset and called the restaurant to make it right. I ordered 5 sides of fries to take home to my family to go with the cheeseburgers we were having for dinner. I was extremely disappointed to find less than half of the usual portions in each side of fries.

I don't know if it was because we went mid afternoon/3 pm-ish, but food wasn't good, boyfriend ordered medium loaded fries and it wasn't spicy at all!! and my lite mild tender combo had no seasoning,, it just tasted like red paprika pepper. I went a year back and it was great. I don't know what happened, the girl in the front looked like she didn't wanna be there.. the service was okay she tried to check in with us at least. Came here about 30 minutes prior to closing. I ordered their usual chicken & fries, the flavoring was decent, but do not come here near closing times. I could taste the old reused frying oil which altered the quality of the food. It almost tasted fishy. Unfortunately we ended up discarding the whole meal because it was unpalatable.
